2. Turn the stove on med/high heat, and wait until water comes to a boil
3. once the water is at a boil, turn stove off and let duck flower sit in water for 5 more minutes
4. pour water into cup, drink the water, eat the duck flower
5. wait anywhere from 10 minutes - 2 hours to start feeling effects (everyone reacts different)
