Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on consumable items such as sea moss. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee will apply if you wish to have your items sent again. Expiration dates will continue to apply during any return or redelivery process. We are not liable for products that expire during this time.

To ensure freshness, keep an eye on your email tracking updates so your sea moss arrives promptly and is stored properly.

We are also not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to a missed required signature or if your package is held at a nearby postal facility instead of being delivered directly to your door.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, with all original packaging intact. You will also need your email receipt and order number as proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@flemingfruit.com or message us on Instagram at @flemingfruitsupport. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for creating and purchasing your own return shipping label. Full instructions will be provided upon acceptance. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please be aware:

• Perishable products, including sea moss and other consumables, cannot be returned once shipped.

• Digital products such as eBooks are non-refundable.

Chargebacks will not be approved due to claims such as “not a physical copy,” as the digital nature of the product is clearly stated in the listing. If you experience difficulty accessing your eBook, please contact us for assistance.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for the following:

• Intimate or sanitary items

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

To protect the quality of your Sea Moss Gel, a $5 shipping and packaging fee is automatically added per jar. This fee covers the cost of temperature controlled packaging to preserve the gels freshness during transit.

If this fee is not included at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for any spoilage or compromised quality of the gel.

All sales of Sea Moss Gel are final and non-refundable once shipped.
