We are a small Christian family business, and every order is fulfilled by hand with love, attention to detail, and prayer over every package. We don't have outside investors, a big team, or a large warehouse, so we're currently only able to ship once a week on Thursdays. If you're planning to place an order, please do so by Thursday at 11:00 AM, as that's our weekly shipping cutoff. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Thursday will need to wait until the following Thursday to ship.

Seamoss Gel
Fleming Fruit Seamoss Gel are currently available within the United States ONLY.
These items ship via 2-Day Priority Shipping to prevent melting or spoilage.
Temperature-Controlled Packaging (Seamoss)
Seamoss orders include custom temperature-controlled packaging and an individual cold pack to preserve freshness during transit.
A $5 packaging fee is added to your regular shipping cost for this protection.
Glass Item Protection
All glass items are securely double-boxed to ensure maximum protection.
This method helps guarantee your order arrives safely and in pristine condition.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only offer refunds on unopened raw herb and capsule products.
We do not offer refunds on essential oils or seamoss gel products. These are raw consumables that spoil if they were to get shipped back, so they cannot be returned.

We are not liable for packages that are:
Undeliverable due to a missed required signature. Held at a nearby postal facility. Left unattended after delivery
